Sunday evening is being spent baking these lovely breakfast bars by Nigella Lawson, they're very moreish but healthy so you can't feel too bad! Managed to buy a nice white hyacinth at Columbia Road so can't wait until it comes into flower and scents my bedroom. cxx

Saturday morning means American buttermilk pancakes to me - and Nigella Lawson has the ultimate recipe! Serve these lovely dollar pancakes with lots of maple syrup and, if it's more of a brunch, some nice back bacon. Then bottomless coffee, a radio on and the weekend paper of course! xx
